Hilversum, 21 October 2015 – NEP The Netherlands, is further expanding its video services with its participation in the video management platform VIXY. This versatile platform enables video content publishers and owners to professionally manage, publish, analyze and commercialize their videos. This move fits in with NEP’s strategy to focus even more on providing innovative solutions and services in the field of online video.

VIXY offers the possibility to enrich its video player with advertising, interactive and conversion-enhancing elements; from a ‘simple’ order button, to lead generation forms. In addition to the video management platform, the software company also develops white label video channels, based on its powerful and reliable video management system. VIXY works on desktops, mobile devices and tablets as well as TV set-top boxes.

VIXY’s activities fit in well with NEP’s complete end-to-end OTT solution TimesSquare, which offers (premium) content owners VOD, Catchup TV, Livestream and Restart TV features, among other things. The joining of forces – the technical infrastructure, the development department, the extensive sales network of NEP and the specific expertise of VIXY – enables both parties to facilitate an even broader market.
